Each of our precious puppies deserve the best home possible.  Here's a look at our purchasing process.

 

Application

If you are interested in purchasing one of our puppies, start by filling out the application.   This helps us get some basic information about you.  We will communicate frequently via phone, text, email, and/or social media.  We like to build lasting relationships with our puppies' families.  

 

Down Payment

Shortly after you submit your application, you'll make a $500 down payment.  This non-refundable payment guarantees you'll get one of our puppies and is credited toward the purchase price.

Pick Your Puppy

We love to have families visit our puppies!  When puppies are around 5-weeks-old, you'll be contacted to set up a time to visit if you live close by.  If you're farther away, we can schedule a virtual visit or we can send pictures and videos.   We'll help you pick the best puppy for your family and lifestyle.

Go Home Day

When the puppies are around 8-weeks-old, they'll be ready to go home!  This is an exciting day for puppies and their new families!  Don't live near us?  No worries!  Ask about our delivery options.

Returns

We DO NOT believe all sales are final.  Instead, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out.  If that happens, we require the puppy be returned to us, no matter how long you've had it.  While deposits are non-refundable, we will consider purchase-price refunds on a case-by-case basis.
